Eligibility Criteria:
General Manager (HR): Candidates should possess PG Degree or PG Diploma in HR/ Personnel Management/ IR from a recognized University and Candidates should have experience in senior level position in HR Department, Strategizing and implementing HR systems/procedures. Knowledge of Labour Laws is required.
Deputy Manager (Marketing): First class full time MBA (Marketing Management) from a recognized University.
Deputy Manager (Materials): B.E./B.Tech.(Mech.)/ Electrical /Electronics /Production Engg./Mech.Marine from a recognised University. PG Degree or PG Diploma in Materials Management is preferred.
Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of GATE Score & interview for MT Post, interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.200/- through Demand draft drawn on Dredging Corporation of India Limited, payable at Visakhapatnam. SC/ ST/ PwD Candidates are exempted from fee.
