APSPSC/APPSC issued a Recruitment Notification for Panchayat Secretary-PS Gr-IV jobs in 22 Districts of the AP State. Panchayat Secretary/PS post formerly known as Village Development Officer-VDO till 1992, now the Govt change the cadre and now as PS. Exam Syllabus/Pattern/Plan/Scheme: Conduct in 2 Papers- Paper-1 General Studies and Paper-2 Rural Development and Problems in Rural Areas with special reference to AP. Objective Types questions of 150 numbers for 150 marks of Paper-1 in 150 minutes and Paper-2 for 150 marks of 150 questions in a duration 150 minutes.

Paper-2: Rural Development and Problems in Rural Areas with special reference to Andhra Pradesh-
the questions in the paper-2 test the ability of General Awareness levels of the Candidates broadly about the Rural Areas developments related topics.
