Age Limit: Candidate age should be 28 years for General candidates, 33 years for SC & ST candidates, 31 years for OBC candidates as on 01-01-2015. Age relaxations are applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Matriculation and three years full time Diploma in Engineering in any of the following discipline-Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Chemical/ Ceramics from Govt. recognized Institute.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written test & interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 250/- for UR/ OBC candidates. No Fee for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates through online payment by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website “www.sail.co.in” from 05-01-2015 to 05-02-2015.
Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Before applying Online, candidates should scan the copies of latest passport size coloured photograph as well as photograph of signature in digital form (.jpg or .jpeg only of less than 500 kb size).
2. Candidate should have valid email-ID & mobile phone no.
3. Log on through the website www.sail.co.in.
4. Click on “Careers”—-> “Current job openings”.
5. Click here to apply for the posts in Design disciplines.
6. Click here to Apply Online link.
7. Click on “I Agree” button and Fill all the details like personnel details, qualification details, etc.
8. Click on “Next” button.
9. System will generate a Registration Slip with unique registration number.
10. Make payment with the Registration Slip.
11. Again relogin and enter fee details and click on Submit button.
12. After Submission of application, take print out of registration slip for future use.
