Indian Space Research Organization, SDSC, Sriharikota invited applications for recruitment of 26 various posts. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through online only on or before 17 July 2014.
The Satish Dhawan Space Centre is the launch centre for the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). It is located in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh, 80 km north of Chennai. Originally called Sriharikota High Altitude Range and then Sriharikota Launching Range, the centre was renamed in 2002 after the death of ISRO's former chairman Satish Dhawan.

Pay Scale
• Rs.9300-34800 with GP Rs.4600/- for post no. 1 to 15.

Educational Qualification

• Technical assistant (Electronics & Communications): Diploma in Electronics & Communications Engineering.

• Technical assistant (Electronics & Communications): Diploma in Electronics & Communications Engineering.

• Technical assistant (Electrical & Electronics): Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

• Technical assistant (Electrical & Electronics): Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

• Technical assistant (Chemical): Diploma in Chemical Engineering.

• Technical assistant (Photography): Diploma in Photography or Cinematography.

• Technical assistant (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• Technical assistant (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Technical assistant (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Technical assistant (Automobile): Diploma in Automobile Engineering and valid light vehicle Driving licence.

• Scientific assistant (MPC): BSc with Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry.

• Catering Supervisor: Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management; or Hotel Management & Catering Technology; or Hospitality & Hotel Administration; or Catering Science & Hotel Management with one year experience OR Diploma in Catering with 3 Years experience; OR PG Diploma in Hotel Management with 2 Years experience.

• Sub Officer: BSc with Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry and valid HVD licence.

• Primary Teacher: 12th & CTET passed.

• Primary Teacher: 12th & CTET passed.

Age limit

• Candidate age should be between 18 - 35 years as on 17 July 2014 for post no. 1 to 17.
• Candidate age should be between 18 - 30 years as on 17 July 2014 for post no. 18 & 19.
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Selection Process
Selection will be done on the basis of performance in written test/interview.
